Tonkatsu is a common Japanese dish . Here they do guykatsu - deep fried beef (instead of pork ). Got the Zen with 5 sauces, with chuck flap & black angus sirloin . Also had curry . Beef & sauces decent.

The medium rare is actually rare. It was hard to chew. Luckily it was cut quite small. The miso soup was decent. The cabbage dressing was very mild.
Best 牛カツ in Toronto. Oh wait….
