Went biking Saturday at 11am, low crowd, super easy 20 mile ride, shade sun beauty all around, very SWEET

Awesome place to go run, jog, walk the dog, etc. Definitely come here to get in touch with your inner Forrest Gump! Very peaceful place to get in touch with nature & get a good workout in!

Great trail for runners or bikers ! The trail isn't as busy after the first mile. Push for 2.5 to get to the bridges over East-West.

Trail etiquette: not that complicated: STAY TO THE RIGHT! Tip of the week: show a bit of respect to the people that are on the trail with you, and EDUCATE YOUR CHILDREN TO STAY TO THE RIGHT.

STAY TO THE RIGHT!!! And definitely keep your dog & your children close, and TO THE RIGHT! Otherwise you're a danger to yourself & the people behind you, trying to pass. Thanks!

I thought I would enjoy jogging and walks on the trail when they proposed it. Unfortunately, the bicyclist don't obey the rules and terrorize pedestrians, hence I can't enjoy it.

NICE SHADED WALKWAYS, FAMILY FRIENDLY, BIKING ROLLER BLADING. BE CAREFUL WALKING DOG, VERY MOIST COULD CAUSE HOT SPOTS.

Wonderful for cycling / trail . Simply, people / bike dedicated paved road until Alabama .

Awesome path for biking . Most of the trail is flat so you can bike for forever.

The connector trails are not always very well marked and it's easy to end up off trail , particularly on the Cumberland connector.

Great for a good bike ride . They also have bike rental nearby

Great place for distance running. Be sure to bring some water unless you want to run 4 miles to the nearest fountain .

Please shout when passing and turn down your headphones...a guy blading got hit this morning bcuz he was clueless to the posted trail rules. . .

The trail is very flat. It's a great getaway from the torturous Vinings hills .
