Good staff and were very friendly / very attentive to our smallest little needs as guest / rooms were small considering it's a five star property / easy access to the city from the hotel / loved it

Decent business hotel conveniently placed next to the TCAT station. Reasonable rates and the executive 20F lounge is pretty nice. Rooms could do with a renewal but quite comfortable .

Very comfortable hotel , though in need of refurbishment. Next door to TCAT, but a bit far from other locations. Expect to pay for taxi 1200 yen to Tokyo station and 2800-3400 yen to Roppongi.

Rooms are small but better than other hotels nearby. Staff is friendly

Convenient Location close to T-CAT but a little bit outdated they closed the top level bar in favor of an Executive Lounge recently :-(

Nice place but communicating in English has been challenging sometimes

Facilities are nice but the room decor is dated. Scot's bar is nice for an end of evening drink.

Smoking place in 2nd floor.

If you have an appointment, don't meet at the lobby: hardly any space to sit and wait.

If you lose your room key, the hotel charges $150.

一応素敵サンダルで朝食 レストラン に行ったら、開口一番「お客様…」と言われ恐縮。インターコンチネンタルとかじゃ何にも言われないんだけどな。さっすが、日系。でも、料理はよく、設備充実でいろいろなプランも多く清潔 で立地もよく、好きですね。

ホスピタリティに溢れるホテル だと思います。レストラン ・バー 共に素晴らしいです。

施設は古いけれど、サービス は良し。値段はとてもリーズナブル。宿泊時は駐車場無料 のため、車で東京に来る人には良いホテル 。

この会場は、Wi-Fiが飛んでいない！イーモバの電波も会場内は弱い。この時代にWi-Fiが無いのはホテル の認識が甘いとおもう。

横浜のロイヤルパークホテルと比べてみるとイマイチ感があります。都心にはもっといいホテル もたくさんあるので。

結婚記念日のケーキ を買った。見た目も味も好み。

宿泊者は1泊につき1台¥1,500です。

水天宮駅から直結。地下鉄駅 フロアはB2なのでご注意。

TCAT出てるので便利ですね。外国の方も沢山宿泊されてます。

Softbankのmobilepointでwi-fi 接続できます。TCATのマクドよりずっと電波は強力です。
