One of our favorites for lunch . Family-owned deli-style place with hot and cold traditional every-day Hawaiian food for takeout . Limited seating so you might have to take food to a nearby park to eat.

Perfect lunch spot to grab some poke and sit at the picnic tables outside . Lots of different poke options, don't let the casualness of the deli fool you, their fish is fresh and tasty!

One of my favorite spots on Kauai . Poke bowls , UFOs, plate lunch , chicken & musubi combos, I always come here to eat and am always happy with my food.

Hogai, Ahi poke , Salmon poke with brown rice . Very tasty, fresh, simple & delicious.

the spicy poke is fantastic- rich, creamy and tender. fried chicken is served as delicious nuggets with a subtle teriyaki flavor.

Grabbed a plate lunch on the way North thanks to Foursquare and Yelp reviews. It was outstanding. Try the pineapple chicken if they have it. Also check out the cool Ukelele store next door when done.

Amazing Fried Chicken !!! Awesome in their bento boxes !! To snag a bento , get to Pono early on school days, since a lot of the local kids pick them up before school for lunch
