Bowery Hotel Lobby Bar

A must stop if you are staying at the hotel . Great vintage atmosphere and decor, fine cocktails and fair prices . Good for a morning cappuccino , for a happy hour cocktail or a digestive after dinner .

Rarely can you actually sit in the lobby if you aren't a guest- few seats in the back by the bar which can be nice for grabbing a cocktail before dinner nearby.

Lovely hotel bar but unless you are a guest at the hotel you may be relegated to this off the lobby bar . It's ok but compared to standard hotel garden just a few blocks away, this was a downer.

This place screams "trendy " & is one of our favorite places to drink & scope out celebrities. When it's nice out, snag a seat on the outdoor patio , or in the winter curl, up in front of the fireplace .

The Bowery Hotel’s bar is known for its opulent decor and beautiful people. Persian rugs and murals of New York keep hotel guests and downtown trendsetters delighted as they sip upscale cocktails .

Cocktails were excellent, try the Ginger-infused one. Small space, cozy atmosphere , British-centric decor.

Good hotel bar , interesting decor makes it cozy with its Persian rugs and fireplace and wood ceiling, although there is a slight air of "manufactured " atmosphere.

Espresso martinis are the real deal! Otherwise a hip chic little bar to pregame & round up your friends.

Well-balanced seasonal cocktails . Complimentary bar nuts put out, but you'll have to wait your turn for a bar spot, standing or sitting.

The mulled cider is amazing for the winter! Snag a seat by the fire or further inside on the sofas !

Charismatic interior with cushy-looking sofa chairs for diners. Locals beware- on busy nights, guests have priority and you'll be kindly steered towards the bar area.

Awesome place to grab lunch , get some work done and chill during the day.

Getting tired? That's loser talk! Recharge with an Espresso Martini and then back to your regularly scheduled programming (aka Spicy Cabrera shots)

Great place to meet old/new friends with a glass of bubbly! Almost missed them behind the velvet curtain in the open air courtyard at the rear of the lobby.

No lichee Martini but ... "hey the have this one with strawberry and its just right mix out of sweet and sour! Just ask the waitress " :)

One of the best dirty martinis in the city with cornichon stuffed olives .

The outdoor terrace thing seems like a good place to get work done but, the large number of people smoking are a turn off.

instead of working out a coffee shop , work here by the fireplace in the afternoon (free wifi ). then when evening rolls around, have someone meet you there so you have company :)

The Joy Division Cocktail packs a punch.

Tables "reserved"- Just bought a bottle of champagne in the back. They said only hotel guests could sit at a table. Avoid this place like the plague. Hookers at the bar are easy to spot though.
