You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. It is all so good. I am uncomfortably full when I leave that place (in a good way!). Service is fantastic. Alex (Alexander?) has taken great care of us.
Sitting at the bar and have a view of the kitchen is the best
It's not on the menu , but (per Eric Barry, photographer ) ask for the appetizer , arancina (small fried rice balls with cheese infused). They might be able to hook you up - it's worth asking the chef !
