Food is great. This location has theWORST service ever. Wait is always 1/2 hour or more no matter when you come.

They are very slow with the called in orders for pickup. If the tell you 30 minutes it will be at least 45.

The place is dead at 4pm on a Monday and STILL there's a 15 minute wait? WTF? Love the food, but this is really annoying... Especially when employees are just walking around doing nothing.

If theres a long wait (and there usually is) go to the bar it's much quicker.

If the never ending pasta bowl special is available, don't come here. Way too many families with endless kids make the wait time over an hour. Choose another less crowded location.
