Two of the best breakfasts in New Haven count lie across the street from each other. Bellas and Lenas. On Sunday lines can be out the door for both. Show up early or order to-go to avoid the wait!
Just ate up a delicious brunch special--fried eggs on top of crab cakes on top of salad greens . Soooo good!
If you like your breakfast on the sweet side you're in for a treat. Lena's has an amazing French Toast Souffle
Their homefries are to die for.
Great food, fair prices , nice atmosphere, but caught a server on a bad day. She was awful and had a lousy attitude.

Super long wait . Quantity/quality low for price. Service not the best.

The lobster omelette was awful. Bland and no real lobster meat inside. The staff is nice but I doubt I'll be back.
