Ramen Taka

Go for the latest and greatest menu item: Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen (thick noodle , pork/chicken broth, 1 egg , bamboo shoots , seaweed , and pork ).

I have had already the ramen here and they're all absolutely delicious!I also tried the takoyaki (amazing!) and the rice balls , which are my absolute favorite.

Great ramen . Nice, roomy interior with exposed brick. The Taka Ramen only comes with one slice of pork so if you're hungry, order extra. Noodles are thinner than most but they were tasty.

Excellent, attentive staff . Ramen was a bit salty, but the noodles were delicious. Hope they continue to expand their menu and add a little more variety to the ramen offerings.

I had Taka ramen and the soup is good! I like the spicy paste too

Go for the Kaedama (extra noodles ). The noodles are freshly made and delicious! Also try their Chicken Kaarage appetizer .

The gyoza was cooked perfectly. Spicy miso had great flavor. New favorite spot!

I quite enjoyed the Veggie Ramen . It was satisfyingly savory.

Tonkatsu shoyu Ramen ! Delicious, not as good as Orenchi but I'll be back for sure.

Try the shio ramen ! The broth is light but very flavorful, so it's easier on your stomach.

Thin Hakata style noodles . A nice change of pace from most other ramen joints in South Bay .

Try the spam oginiri and chashu ramen !

Their takoyaki is the best I've had around here.

Gyozas are great.

Don't bother getting an appetizer . Your ramen will be at your table before it.

Green onion and spam onigiries . Tasty!
