Once they gave my kid a USED TOY in a kid's meal. Today they "thought we drove off," didn't make our food for 20 min., and then cook finally brought our food out and argued and yelled at us. We left.
Consistently slow, rude service and bad food. I've given this place three or four chances since it's the closest to my house, but they have underperformed every time.
This used to be my favorite sonic until a few months ago....they must have changed management because it is terrible now!
