They could be more forthcoming about the rooftop "lounge ." If you're staying on one of the top floors on a weekend night, good luck getting sleep right below a nightclub .

If you have a special occasion ,tell them when making your reservation as they'll coordinate a surprise for you or your guest in the room!

Amazing staff and rooms. Walls a little thin if you are a light sleeper. Valet parking high-end but expensive

Splurge on the suite. The funky, eclectic decor and extra space is worth it. Simply fabulous.

Less than stellar stay this time. No hot water at 10:am. I guess the cheap rooms ($160 range) get low priority.
