Say hello to the lady at the door (ie the older blonde-haired lady) - she's really lovely and remembers you and the things you tell her you've come in for. She's a real sweetie.
Beware of the long queue line that you have to walk all the way around to get to. Make sure you don't go to the short queue at the end which is the "returns" etc counter - you'll only be turned away.

If you have a bad back, the new, slick-wheeled Woolies trolleys are great - especially the shallow ones, so you don't have to bend to far down into the trolley to place & pick-up your items. - Colleen Walker
