Buffet food is very tasty however is usually just warm, not hot. The restaurant food is excellent and piping hot. Although reservations are a must. The staff are awesome at helping to get you in.

Premium alcohol and incense included in grand yucatan rooms. There is a lot of black mold on the building that gets painted over with white paint. Great resort . Absolutely gorgeous. Food 8/10

If you're looking for the best food/service in the resort , you'll surely find it in the Orange Buffet (Sunset Buffet ). Furthermore, you CAN'T lose the beach snack bar , gotta love it!!

I haven't been that impressed with the restaurants , however the hotel is excellent! If you can afford it stay in one of the Villas ...definitely worth it!

Gorgeous property. Ask for a garden room as there is massive construction to the North. Drinks are excellent, buffets are good, 'à la carte' restaurants are so so. $4 shuttle to P. del Carmen.

Chill out lounge is certainly worth the $11. You get comfy padded loungers , premium alcohol and table service until 5pm (when it becomes a restaurant ). +It's usually a lot quieter than the main beach .

Get a platinum swim up room if you can, its the best way to go. Eat,drink and be merry! (don't worry too much about the small stuff, you're on vacation, just relax!)

Huge property. Nicely kept. However portions are very small in Ala carte restorans. Make sure you make reservations in advance.

The grounds are beautiful, beaches amazing, pools relaxing. But, the food is atrocious! I mean horrible!

Make sure you tip decently. Platinum may be more but it's definitely worth it.

The villas are great, but they are offered only to people without kids. The beach is narrow and really not worth it

They are a 5 star resort with no free wifi . In my book that makes them 3 stars. Internet is $20 per day!

Watch out for people selling Royal holiday vacations. Unless you travel a lot its not a good plan

Skip the restaurants : the quality isn't up to snuff, they have minimal selection and small portions, and not worth the hassle to book at a bad time (and leave the beach early, etc). Buffet is better.

Jetskis are cheaper further down the beach . Pay no more then $45 USD for 30 min

Never been sicker, 8/10 of our group was sick. I personally was hospitalized . Was careful with food choices and drank only bottle water. Still got sick, food poisoning! Do not recommend! :(

My kid lost his wrist band for all inclusive in the pool... They wanted 100 US to replace it... Refuse to pay it... I did. Bloody cheek.... Other than that, place is spot on ..

Es un hotel bastante completo con bella arquitectura y con todos los servicios que puedas necesitar durante tu estancia, eso si, para poder disfrutar de todo necesitas más de 8 días...

Es mejor hacer los tour en taxi que con las agencias de viaje los taxistas te Dan todo el tiempo que necesites y no te apuran como las agencias es muy buena opción los taxis confianza y seguridad

Es importante hacer reservaciones desde el minuto que llegas para ir a los siete restaurantes que tiene el hotel , porque aunque los buffetes son enormes y con sazon rico, dan ganas de comer otra cosa

Buen hotel con relación calidad/precio. Las habitaciones son amplias y bonitas, los alimentos buenos e incluso con variedad para vegetarianos y dieta de celiacos .

La seccion Platinum Yucatan hermosa... habitaciones super lindas ... lastima q la playa esta rocosa pero solo caminas unos metros a la otra seccion y listo puedes nadar sin problemas.

Y un buen plus es que el hotel tiene mucha flora y fauna silvestre, desde manglares, iguanas, coatíes etc, siempre dispuestos a ser amigables y adorables 😍
