Elephant & Castle

One of our favorite places to grab a quick meal . Service is quick and they have a lovely staff . Their pretzels and cheese sauce is to die for. As well as their Shepard’s pie !

They have a local cider by the pint that is good, not too sweet. We also had an interesting take on hummus--they drizzle basalmic on it. The hummus was nothing special but the basalmic jazzed it up.

Whatever they are doing here, they are doing it right! The food is fresh and handmade . We came here twice on our weekend vacation. Chicken tenders and jalapeño Mac and cheese so delicious.

Freaking delish. The service is great, as is the authenticity of the edibles. Don't miss this fun place.

They pour a decent pint of Guinness for sure. Eating the French onion soup whilst sitting at the bar is hard to do since the bar bumper puts you awkwardly far from your bowl.

Double happy hour and a good selection of beer and food items. A solid choice for lunch if you're at a convention .

The food and beer is so good here. In the summer the outdoor tables are perfect.

Total menu revamp--it's less English pub and more standard American now. I was also sad to see the fantastic happy hour menu go!

Fish and chips look huge! (I had not ordered ) chicken tender sliders were good!

Try the bangers and mash .

Tried to eat here twice in two days. Before we could get seated we were told “we’re out of food”. The second time I asked “ALL the food is gone?” The response “yes, all the food” So there’s that.

The brownie is usually more of a cake . Set your expectations accordingly.

Definitely try the hotdogs , they are not your average hotdog 😊

Go for the beer , and remember Imperial pints are bigger. Food is so-so. It's pub food , no big deal and not the reason to go.

Order the brownie for dessert ! It rocks!

Go there once a year. This year they changed the menu. At first glance it has all the same, old favorites, but nothing is served the same. A real bummer, especially Fish & Chips . Really disappointing.

Out of the $5 happy hour appetizers , I most recommend the spicy fish wrap (not good for sharing) and the hummus .

Get the nachos and have them replace the chips with fries ... *drools*

The bruschetta w/ grilled chicken is so yummy!!!

The shepherd's pie is definitely delicious. So is the side salad that comes with.

Don't order the lemonade . It comes out the soda gun and they're too busy to make it fresh. Ew.
