If you’re power-swimming the butterfly stroke, please do so when the lanes next to you are vacant. Otherwise, your water-splashing not only makes you arrogant but an asshole. This isn’t the Olympics.

If you can't figure put the thirty minute station wait a few minutes and watch or ask a trainer . Don't choose a weight so high that you can't complete 8-10 reps in 30seconds and get OFF please.

If you don't know how the 30 minute station works than you shouldn't use the equipment. Give priority to those using the circuit.

Very sticky hands in this place. Don't walk away from your stuff for even a sec. Someone will help them self to your stuff.

Ladies! Please stop wearing spandex sans the underwear! Your behind is very visible and trust me, it's so not pretty!

Love their kids club , but FYI, they require reservations now (told me they didn't months ago, but now they've gotten busy enough that they do)
