All staffs are friendly , huuuge gym , lots of classes to do, spa , tenis, immersive spinning, swimming pools , store to buy your drinks/supplements, restaurant ... incredible!
The ladies only gym ( situated above reception) is great. It's quieter than the main gym - meaning you dont queue for the equipment. Nice! Its not as new as the main gym , but just as effective.
Free WiFi in reception, would be great if they would extend to gym floor. Timetable needs to be made more friendly to those who work 9-5/6.

Great gym , but the personal trainers advice is pants .Go to bodybuilding.com instead and follow one of their plans.Excellent plans and super effective.
Jacuzzi and Steam room were closed around 20 days in 2 months,members are not using their own towels nor clean the devices after the workout.Ladies area is not clean ,fingers marks all over the lockers

I am very disappointed with how they handle customer complaints. I am chasing them for over month and half and ringing them 6 times so far to get back to me and they are not interested.

Dirty floor, hidden costs such as for freezing your account if you are not using gym . No one mentioned 10 euro fees to freeze the account, nor that member needs to flag to freeze the account.
