Good beer and games. Perfect. Seating is kind of limited as are food choices though supposed to improve. Huge selection of borrow and play games. Staff is great.

The food and drinks are much better than expected for such a game focused establishment. The owner is very friendly and eager to please.

Grab a drink of your choice, chat it up with the workers, try a new board game , hang out with your friends. My reccs? Munchin, Catan, Tokkaido.

A+ to the staff for putting up with my dad jokes (“You really are the Chosen One, Harry!” for taking care of my glass, and Barret for asking me if his name was a FF7 reference).

Phenomenal new space with tons more seating. Big new bar includes mixed drinks now. New menu. Best gaming spot in Austin!

I really like the fact that you can have a glass of merlot and play boardgames with your friends. Very charming.

I haven’t followed up yet, but the staff were very amenable to the idea of including some accessible games. Hopefully that ends up bearing fruit once I actually get around to it.

Get there early on the weekend if your group wants a table. Great to have good beer and good coffee in the same place.
