Really solid BBQ , great sides (baked beans are perfect). Price can add up quickly, but absolutely worth it.
Eater: Best BBQ in Hudson Valley; ribs nicely charred and easy to pull apart ; brisket rimmed w/fat; best of all, long housemade red sausage ; loved the mango and cucumber salad , too, and the sauces
Pulled pork sandwich (add more of the house made BBQ sauce to taste), the truffle chips are incredible, and the fries are the absolute bombdiggity.
Burnt Booty sandwich was delicious. Perfectly charred burnt ends with a yummy slaw . We don’t live nearby but I’d be tempted to trek a bit for this!
The meats are all great! The sides are all good too but everything is ala carte. It can add up fast. The sides are good size so just split a couple!
The ribs and the mac and cheese are out of this world!

The meats were all slow cooked perfectly, but the spice and seasoning choices were pretty bland for my taste. Perfectly cooked meat though.
The fish & chips special is so good!
