I like best buy! For the most part they are very helpful and very knowledgeable . My only issue with the store here in Palmdale is they need more people in the Mobile phone department!!!

Derek in the Mobile phone section is super cool! He is very professional, nice, personable, and understanding. I am glad he helped my boyfriend and I with our new phone purchase :)

Online order pickup takes forever! It's way faster to just go in the store, pick out the item yourself, and pay at the cashier .

If you're buying a phone be prepared to spend at least two hours in the store!

WORST Best Buy I've ever been to. Incredibly unorganized and never have what I want in stock regardless of it it says so online. Never anyone around to help either. Hate going here.
