It's a perfect little park . Play structures for little and big kids, grassy field , tennis courts , basketball court/blacktop, bathrooms ... and kids love watching caltrain speed by (other side of fence)
Great looking park . Plenty of space and wonderful facilities. Doesn't seem crowded , even on a weekend. Wonderful place to have a picnic with a family.
Take Stanford ave to get there.. There is no direct street from California ave
A nice playground with some impressively steep slides for older kids.
Beware the reenactors on Sundays. Harmless but strange...
