place is called the Dream Cafe. kinda of hard to find. one of the pictures put me in the right angle and found the entrance hidden in one of the street shops. It's on top of the 24 hour game room .

Environment here is not bad and enjoy the view of Bukit Bintang street at night. You're able to see a lot of lady boys here and fights sometimes. Service is extremely slow if too much customers.

Best for an evening weekend view . Smoke your on shisha in the busyness of Kuala Lumpur.

Wasn’t too impressed with the food. It’s not bad but just not as good as I’m used to. Great place to hand on a terrace with a shisha or just with a drink. The little couch areas can suck you in :)

this place is the best place to just chill and have good conversations with friends, most of their foods are good.

To my shock, shisha was not RM8 as stated in past tips, but RM17 for normal and RM25 for Super Shisha . Take note.
