This place reminds me of Wheatsville Co-Op back home in Austin, TX. The salad bar had tons of variety and prepared salads . Great produce too!
Amazing & fresh salad bar . Delicious soups as well . Big fan of their wild mushroom soup . Oh, and their coconut lentil soup too.
On recommendation, I checked out Choices for gluten-free items -- esp Rice Bakery choc chip cookies which are tasty. Store layout tho is like a rat maze where shoppers single-file wait to checkout.
Book a store tour and learn how to really eat with a Dietician.
They have a rice bakery that produces great gluten free rice products & treats!

i give up with choices , i go there for the advertised turkey dinner 2 times this weekend, the deli told me they don't have any left, AT NOON,SUNDAY, nor will they have any more, the management is bad
This is the Canadian version of Whole Foods. Lacks decent ACTUAL chocolate .
