In late 2011 Bangkok-born Chef Alex Boonphaya opened his second Circles at 812 N. 2nd St. in Philadelphia's Northern Liberties neighborhood with a focus on changing the region's perspective about Thai cuisine. Circles is the winner of Philly Mags "Best Thai" in 2011, 2012 & 2013.
