Not satisfied with the service after multiple visits :(:( Line here takes such a long time, since there's usually 2 staffs working!! They're not interested in moving quickly to help the line moving.

English classes here and also IELTS test registerstion, the queue is usually long

Extremely disappointed!!! I called for two days straight and no one answered. So I traveled for an hour to check it out. The staff was NOT helpful at all and I will not be going there ever again!!
