Super tasty roasted chicken , and a great selection of salsas . The spicy poyo poyo salsa is particularly good, and not so hot you can't enjoy it.

This place is the best. Food is delicious. Everything is just damn good.

If you ever want to see a model of great food service efficiency and customer service, stop in. The team, including the managers, make sure you are well taken care of.

If you want certain items, such as Caribbean ribs , make sure you go an hour before they close. They stop making, or caring, near closing time.

This location always forgets something every time I use the drive-thru. They are soooooo stupid.

I miss the old Pollo Tropical. They were friendlier, and they gave adequate portions of food.

1/2 chicken (dark meat ) + mix yellow rice + balsamic tomatoes = bomb.com

The chipotle chicken sandwich is so good!

Fried Yuca + Cilantro Garlic sauce = Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!

They be serve brown rice , which is grwat if you are looking for a healthy fast food under $5 bucks...

The drive-thru service can be a little better and a lot more patient.

So I went to this location tonight and it was disgusting we had to wait a half hour to order. The tables were dirty . Bathroom s were filthy. Only one register was open. And a fatty sandwich

Eat somewhere else. Had to wait on the food, tables were all dirty , restaurant was filthy and the food was definitely matched to the disgusting atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and pass it buy

This place sucks! The service is terrible, the wait took forever, even though they weren't busy. AND they were out of rice ! Ahh!

Amo este lugar, comida rápida del Caribe ( cubana) pero con ese toque que no la hace artificial. En las sucursales de Miami todavía usan los nombres en español. Un must en Florida .
