Super friendly staff . TJ accommodated us with a suite and even upgraded us when we were underwhelmed. The new suite was modern and large - our perfect getaway!
We stayed here during the "off season". It was very peaceful and relaxing and the staff was super nice!
Look for iguanas! They're beautiful and we've seen about 5 so far.
Linens were not laundered and the quality of the beds and pillows is horrible. The mattresses feel like they are stuffed with a mix of rocks and crumpled up towels. 👎
Poor beach , great pool
no hot water in our room. called front desk was told maintenance was not available till morning. In the morning before checkout 11am maintenance never came.
Best place in Key Largo

Skip the cafe for breakfast , service is uninterested and slow.
The bartender is really friendly

Loved the place! Service was good, and decor was nice. Price was great! Location was centric to all of our activities. - Josue Sierra
The grilled octopus is amazing. Give it a try, you won't regret it. - Dávid Horváth
The wahoo ceviche. Only recommendation I would have is to eat the ceviche by itself and nibble on the tostones. The ceviche alone is incredible. - Tom J
There's a special vegetarian and gluten free menu if you ask. Definitely try the key lime pie though. - Rachel K
