Pam has worked for B&Q for 35 years & has yet to learn any customer service skills! Miserable staff and not enough of them. 1 till manned on a busy Saturday afternoon and the self service not in use.
One checkout operator mid afternoon on. Monday in the school holiday! I walked didn’t bother queuing - also for a major chain your toilets stink!

As and when the offer is available, the 'Two Dine in for £10' is excellent value. The bottle of wine alone is worth around £6/7. - Davie Marshall
