One of the waitress was so sweet, good looking, soft spoken, my babies like her coz she's so friendly and nice to us. She's the supervisor I think. Based on her outfit. But she took order too.

Cozy ambience . Good taste of food. Not all SR outlet's food tasted the same. But here I like the pasta series and the hot chocolate during a rainy days.

You have to try my personal favourite, Cappucino Cheese Cake if you're into coffee like myself.

Oh! Forgot to mention here. When u buy 2 ala carte meals, you can have any slice of Secret Recipe cake (except Premium) for RM1 only! Promo ends 27 March 2013. :)

Only come here to celebrate birthday.. But it's nice here.. Try the pasta , its awesome

Try secret recipe nasi goreng with satay ...not bad at all....dont forget marble cheese cake .

Sorry to say that the customer service is slow n they like lepak in cashier area instead of settled those unclean tables as there are full house during weekend

Chocolate Indulgence

Bad service. Floor staff rather standing aside doing nothing, while the customers waiting to be served. Dirty place and the toilet is the worst. Same goes to their kitchen.

Food a bit dry except lasagna .

This outlet has the worst service ever. Lembap and you need to keep reminding the staff about your order kalau tak sampai mampos kau tunggu je. WORST.

Hmmmm... when a customer says the food/cake is stale, quickly replace it. No need to check or taste it (for 10mins) to make sure that the customer doesn't lie . :/

Service slow. Staff sombong with none of them say sorry for the late and no one says 'thank you' at all 😒
