Wow - i am amazed that customer service at Home Depot has gone so far down hill . - went in looking for grill parts - I usually look dazed and confused in hardware stores like this and even though
one of the nicest stores when it comes to customer service. very friendly staff
I was looking high and low for parts and had at least 5 orange clad aprons walk by me, not one looked at me or asked if they could assist me - so sad, it's across the street I go to Lowes.
Can't ever get help!
