Lots of fish to see; little ones can stand on the ledges to look closer. Features a tropical garden walk. Lots of information and mini games to interest older kids, plus a few interactive exhibits .
Make sure you take some time to spot the Giant Pacific Octopus . Most of the time she's hiding, but when she's down the bottom she is fascinating to watch.
Slightly cheaper to book online in advance as long as there is more than one of you.
👍Great time loads of restaurants near by and excellent talks during the visit.
It’s not really that great. Highlights were a couple of tiny sharks and one large octopus . There is a huge tank full of little fish and a small tank with a huge octopus . Explain away.
Great aquarium , well executed. Loads to see with the usual aqua tunnel but combines with the previous Wildwalk and IMAX to offer a really awesome tropical area and 3D scuba film !
Great place to take children and lots of fun!! Get membership if you can as it Saves money!!
Quite expensive but a good couple of hours spent looking at the fish and if you have children its very educational .
Book online before you go to get a discount on the entrance fee.
Great displays, well recommended
Good for a rainy day out. Quite expensive , family of 5 £49, needs more for your money.
Book online before you go in, and save £3 on a family ticket.
Really good amount and variety of fish , just hope the kids like it. Bit expensive in terms of admission for adults but hope it survives the crunch.
Love comin here, annual membership is worth it!
Nice place
Been dragged along a few times - not bad, but the giant octopus exhibit is always closed.
good for adults
Adult ticket prices were a bit steep, but a great place to go!
Come here on a cold day and the tropical temperatures and fantastic aquariums will make you feel much better.
Not that big but good for family with kids
Well put together aquarium

Really friendly staff. Best place to get pet supplies. - James Chorlton
Wonderful place. Better for kids than the London Science Museum. - Ben Terrett
A great place for kids a hidden oasis with a good cafe which welcomes both adults and kids. A play park is a bonus as well - Annie Fowler
A crazy one hour forty five minutes of gluttony. Some great global food especially the curries. Beers £3.80 a pint. Great harbour views - Dave Mead
Try the cana royale-lovely. Food wise I would recommend the chicken chimichangas/enchilada or the steak fajita. Vegetarians will enjoy roast butternut enchilada. Nachos to start are a must. - Bethan Scriven
