Fitness Connection - Cary

Corrupt business. We were month to month. When we decided to leave, we sent a letter saying that we were cancelling. A year later, we are still billed every month and have been sent to collections.

Fitness Connection is my preferred gym in the Raleigh area. It's an excellent value with a knowledgeable staff .

I travel often, so I usually jump from one gym to another, the place is not bad ,good for a couple of days. The lifting equipments are quite old though.

Fitness Connection will charge you an Annual fee when you cancel. Even if you only joined 2 months ago, claiming that the "annual fee" fell due in the last cycle that they charge you.

Terrible management and customer service!! This gym was FANTASTIC several years ago but has gone steadily down hill . Some great class instructors and trainers from the past still trying to hold on.

If you have to workout after work, go around 7:00 instead of around 5-6:00, it's much less crowded .

It smells upon entry. The women’s bathroom is a disaster. I go in the evening and have seen the “cleaning crew” the simply empty trash and refill disinfectant spray bottles and paper towels.

Pleas is a scam! Extremely corrupt billing system that is based on dishonesty. Place is overcrowded and never clean .

Ask for Logan Trudeau for personal training . Awesome traininer!!

It's $20 bux .. If you want fancy go to lifetime and pay $80 plus

Always crowded on Sat&Sun morning. Anytime after 12pm is good.

Will we ever see steam in the Men’s steam room ?
