Such a great crew! Everyone was super nice! They gave me a new usual to try and I loved it! They seem fast and I plan to make this my usual coffee shop when I come down to work.

One of my favorite Starbucks locations. Despite the heavy volume during rush periods, the staff still make a personal connection with the customers.

All Starbucks should have cup based recycle bins. They are in Chicago but not in New York!

I love you Starbucks. However, this has got to be the slowest store I've ever been in. There is no sense of urgency . They hardly ever even know my drink. Too bad it's the only one on my walk to work.

This is the most efficient Starbucks for the amount of traffic. They are always on top of it.

It seems like all the tourists go to this Starbucks and they don't seem to know what they want its like a first time customer at Starbucks which makes everything so slow!!

Instead of having your Starbucks in a disposable cup slow down and ask for a mug and enjoy your drink.

This is the absolute worst Starbucks in Chicago. Slow and inefficient. It took two register staff to take my order with 3 people in front of me - 15 minutes! Avoid this one!
