Worst service I've experienced in years. Dirty tables too...and when I mentioned that, the surly staff member said "oh" and proceeded to do no cleaning whatsoever. Wow.
Usually the least busy SBUX on Saturday mornings.

Such a cool space, 3 stories with great coffee/lattes and fresh sandwiches/baked goods that they make all in-house. You can climb up to the roof and eat/drink with great views of downtown. - Theresa O'Leary
