Good location near a grocery store bagel shop . Plus they have good coffee . It's on the main drag with a lot of other shops around.

Get the green tea latte unsweetened. Simple syrup is added by the barista, do it yourself + you can make it as sweet as you like. I like mine, not too sweet.

Their cappuccino is delish and their cinnamon rolls are amazing crunchy but not too dry

I tried the Maple Freddo and it basically tasted like a pancake shake , haha! The staff was so nice though. They gave me a free shot of espresso which helped, but I wouldn't recommend that drink!
