Don't dismiss the 7-grain wheat bread because it sounds healthier. It's actually really delicious. And they have good southern style sweet tea .
Sandwiches are about what you'd expect, a step up from Subway and on par with Jersey Mike's. I could do without the condescending "life advice" decor of the place though.
