Great food and value for money , but... they literally closed the place while I was (and others) still eating... plan to arrive before 9pm if you don't want to get kicked in the butt...
Everything is great here. I recommend getting an order of samosas with your entree. If you want to dine in, get the buffet so you can sample everything.
Great place to try if you are new to Indian food . The buffet switches up periodically and it's a nice way to learn which dishes you like and which ones you do not.
I really loved the basmati rice and lentil curry . I really like that this restaurant uses a buffet format for such great food, too.
Go on Sunday for the best Indian buffet you're going to find in Philly. Also, amazing lamb vindaloo , chicken tikka masala and gulab jamun .
My expectations were low and I was very pleasantly surprised! Naan was delicious once the container was refilled and the kheer was great.
They offer buffet take-out (lunch and dinner ) priced at only $5.50/pound... a steal! Also,10% student discount when you show your student ID!
Love the buffet--desserts are included!--and they accommodate big groups easily.
Inexpensive lunch buffet . Not my favorite Indian buffet , but you get free ice cream at the end. The mango ice cream tastes just like mango lassi !
One take-out order of chicken makhani is enough to feed two. Order extra spicy .
This is the best buffet in the city ! The place is super clean too:)!
The buffet is wonderful and you will get your money's worth
No more ice cream as a dessert option for their buffet ! Only rice or chocolate pudding 😕
the vegan samosas are wonderful! the dal is consistently too watered down in my opinion though.
The curries in the buffet are not spicy , they have good appetizers and ice cream included in the 9$ buffet
Jose Garces, chef of Distrito, eats here on his nights off. He loves the Lamb vindaloo . Read more
