고객 응대 수준이 떨어지네요. 메뉴판에 가격이 잘못 기재돼 있어 결국 결제를 잘못하시고는, 전화 드렸더니 메뉴판 기재가 잘못된지도 모르고 있다가 다음에 오면 처리해 주겠다는;; 장사가 잘 되더라도 서비스는 초심을 잃지 않길 바래요.
발전이 없네. 차별화 없어진지 오래
