After an issue, the manager Mike helped me out. He was very friendly . Fantastic customer service. He turned a bad experience into a good one.

Wow! There is one other car here & it took easily 20 mins to get our food... It was cold! Also, no napkins at all! Carhop didn't even have salt, pepper or mints . Pathetic! Choose another Sonic.
