As everyone said, service is slow here but the staff is so nice they almost even it out. Caitlin is a sweetheart!

Service tonight in the bar area was turtle slow. waitress was neglectful and rude. Tony at the bar was more helpful and we saw him more. All around not a good experience and I'm leaving not happy.

I enjoy the food but the service was S-L-O-W 😳

This particular RR is so sloooooooooooow. The one in Bowie has much better service.

Worst/Slowest service ever. We had Cherise and she never once checked on us. Never come here, go to Annapolis or Bowie . Food was good though

Avoid this place. They're constantly short staffed, their crew is poorly trained , and the food is hardly worth the inflated prices.
