The staff is cloistered away behind a wall so you can't get their attention if something is wrong....which it often is.

The decor is interesting and brand new... but not comfortable at all and very dirty .

I come here for my Chicken Teriyaki Bowls and Chicken Fajita Pitas. Best customer service I've ever had at a JITB. Not super speedy but then again, they don't make it till you order it so... :) - Gwen Rod'
