This location is serving the Green Chili Stew ! While the Rudy's Beans are heavy and hearty, the Stew is wonderfully acidic but still filling - great for a cold day.

Love that you have a choice on Brisket : "Moist " or "Lean",,, I want moist , but I get lean,,, Always Good!

Suggestion : get the "moist brisket " , original sauce and "half a hottie " ( jalapeño sausage ) ..

Try some green chili stew ! Mildly spicy with big chunks of chicken , beef , & potatoes ! It's good on a cold wet day!

The food was good but for someone that had not been there before there was little instruction on how to order and where everything was.

Beans are a little different than I would expect -- the potato salad is great though and the brisket rocks.
