The pearls and drinks both taste sweet. Went during afternoon to skip the queue.

During holiday many people. Long queue. And then need to wait for the drink 😴

Place is a bit more packed compared to other branches. Very ching chong also but it’s the drinks that matter. Worth coming. Parking is scarce though

Its like you’re having hongkong milktea+caramelized brown sugar+chewy pearls ! Oh the shop smells da bomb 💣

Ordered signage Royal 9 Milk Tea with less sugar n less ice. Taste was ok but seems diluted with water. Not worth for the price. Tapioca pearls taste nice from the brown sugar . Overall pricey drinks.

Ok, although been inform to wait for 20minutes, but how can you had out of stock during peak hours, just slow.
