Get the cinnamon roll . It’s a meal unto itself. Also love that they have high protein menu items.
We drove from South Lake Union to Maltby just to breakfast at this place. Veggie scramble with toast was amazing. Well worth the drive + 20 minute wait.
We had the Swedish pancakes with fresh fruit topped with an amazing creamy brioche , my son had eggs with potatoes and green sauce ! Absolutely amazing food and the service is always great!
We stopped for the annual Octoberfest, which features a different lunch menu each day of the week - rouladen the day we were there. It was great paired with a German beer also on special.
Great place to eat, however, you might want to give kiddos a snack before you get there, the line to get in is sometimes long and painful but the food is well worth the wait! Love it!
A hometown classic! Start with a warm gooey Cinnamon Role followed by Smoked Salmon Benedict . The best part is that Breakfast is served all day!

Portions are huge. You may want to share. The famous cinnamon roll -- I love it, some think it's too sweet, and some don't like raisins .
Portions too large - you will see half the people walking out with leftovers they couldn't finish. Breakfast better than lunch menu . Swedish pancakes taste 👍🏻 but aren't as thin as the real thing.
Breakfast at the Maltby café was the BEST breakfast I've ever had in the North end. And the company was second to none...... Thanks Lynn Crippen Knight!!! Love you!
It's true. The cinnamon rolls are that big. Friendly staff . Sit at the counter and drink black coffee .
The food is very good - only open for breakfast and lunch .
Go early on the weekends and call ahead. Sometimes the wait can be long!! But the food is worth the wait :)
Everything is good here, but no one has bacon like they have - no one. The grapefruit juice is the only item that's not so hot - not fresh squeezed. Get the orange juice .
Montana potatoe n eggs , minced ham scranble, and sweidh pancakes are the way to go. Incredibly good marionberry muffins here too!
The wait is SO worth it! It’s truly the BEST breakfast around.
The food is amazing, the bacon is to die for and the people complete this memorable experience!
Chicken sautee, garlic toast , really great. Creamy and served hot temperature.
What a place :D Great service, atmosphere and food. This is a place I will return to.
The mega cinnamon rolls , Montana scramble, and the Swedish Pancakes are all amazing.
Giant homemade chocolate eclairs after 12:30 on Thursdays! Get one to go!
Reservations for parties of 6 or more people, don't get butt hurt if you have to wait cuz you don't know the rules :)
The cinnamon roll is delicious and huge. One is at least enough for the whole table.
Make sure to come early on a weekend, it is first come first serve and can sometimes take almost two hours. The cinnamon rolls are great to take home!
Long line .. But it worth it!! Great food and friendly staff
Good service , very popular, huge portions of so-so breakfast food
They only put things which are good on the menu, so everything is good.
Quaint atmosphere , great food! Pretty busy on the weekends.
Eggs Benedict, French toast , bacon !! Everything.
Haven't had anything there that wasnt amazing
The cinnamon roll was big, but the it wasn't cinnamony enough. Too sweet and doughy. I'd prefer it to be smaller and actually taste like cinnamon instead of pure sugar.
Great Food!!!
The country fried steak was excellent.
Long lines at times but totally worth every bite. Delicious!
Try the Country Scramble With Breakfast Potatoes
Fruit filled Swedish pancakes are the best - and can feed an army.
Atmosphere and cinnamon rolls the size of a small child
The eggs Benedict is the best!
Arrive early it gets crowded .
Best breakfast in Washington State . Their hearty red potatoes to go with their scrambles are to die for. Baccon lovers will be pleased with any entree included with it. They serve gluten free bread .
The homemade biscuits are so delicious!!
Fantastic breakfast spot !
They leave water sitting on tables pre seating people.
California scramble is delicious!!!
Gluten free bread is an option!
Italian sausage & eggs . Red potatoes .
Get a cinnamon roll to take home. They are fantastic!

One of the most beautiful outdoor gardening centers I have been to. I highly recommended flower world for all of your flower and gardening needs. You'll love it! - Nikki Qualey
Love this place for canned goods, frozen foods, and vitamins. Books are cheap, too. If you want something for a particular season, though, you need to buy 2-3 months ahead. Buy when you see it! - Sonja K-G
