My 2nd home in Vienna, great mix of people . All language newspapers. Quiet . Great meeting place. No stress. Coffee , viennoiserie, but also snacks and wine . Grand athmosphere like in the 50s.
Among most of the traditional coffee houses it is a real gem, with the old furniture it has a cosy living room atmosphere, international newspapers and different breakfast variations !
If you are a fan of old furniture , strong coffee and vintage charm, you are denitiley going to enjoy this place. Although its location is quite central, it has not yet turned into a touristy spot. Read more

Perfect and very kind service , typical Wien café , very good coffee and deserts ! And if you are from Czech or Slovakia do not be afraid to speak Czech or Slovakian language :-)
Young and old gather here for a very nice Häferlkaffee nach Omas Art in a Viennese atmosphere under the cosy bienveillance of wall pictures and drawings. However, service could be friendlier...
My favourite of the old-style Viennese coffee houses . The coffee is mediocre but the cakes are great. Really nice to just sit and read.
Great coffee , it's is a special blend for Jelinek roasted in Freistadt, 100% Arabicas from Africa, Middle- and Latinamerica and India.

Ein klassisches ursprüngliches und kleines Café in Wien. Der Café Melange ist ein Gedicht und der Kuchen ausgezeichnet. Ich habe den Mohnkuchen gegessen. Davon bin ich jetzt süchtig 😳
Ein abgewetztes Wohnzimmer und eine Einrichtung von 1900 bis 1970 stehen geblieben. Abgelaufener Boden, Abdrücke der alten Bilder an der Wand , eine so dermaßen alte Tapete, urgemütlich und original.
Очень хорошее место. Уютное и располагающее к расслаблению. Внимание! Кафе очень старое. Облезлая краска, желтые обои на стенах, музыка не играет и т.д. Но это и есть изюминка.
Tolle Atmosphäre im morbiden Charme. Ein Kaffeehaus wie man es Sicht vorstellt. Sehr, sehr Empfehlenswert... P.S. der Kuchen ist der Hammer !:-)
