Sakae Sushi

Quality of food dropped tremendously. It was supposed to be fresher, thicker Salmon upon price increment. Lost their uniqueness of cheap and good sushi . Can't even justify the price I'm paying for!

Menu order the mixed bento photo compare with the real cook serve to us totally different😤😠😡.

Pay prime price but ingredient does not justify! Ask for salmon skin maki got rice w vege , salmon skin seems on diet so few strands!

The wrapping of the sushi is a lil loose, other than that, I have nothing to complain about.

Nothing is good here. The tuna nigiri sushi was so bad, it was not edible. I hope I don't get tummy upset from it. Service was so super slow even when there's not many ppl. Cawanmushi overcooked too.

There's this gal that works here. Very very nice and intro the flavour of the month. Her name is Cho Cho

Some of the sushi are dried. Concierge ignores customer waiting though there is empty table. Food ordered from ipad arrival speed ok for me. Buy 1 free 1 pink / red for Citibank cc, limited to 2 free

This pathetic Salmon mentaiyaki cost RM20! Not inclusive of gst yet. Oh goshh

Well , contrary to most of the negative feedback here, the taste is not bad and quite fresh. Probably because the iPad is down, thus manual ordering make things right again...

Try come on non peak hours like 7pm or 3pm.. lunch hour or dinner is peak hour aka busy time... try their kimuchi ramen .. nice

Never like Sakae Sushi @ Singapore. Don't like Sakae Sushi @ Malaysia as well . Cheapskate can't even serve proper rice with Chinese style Ryu

It has been a while since I dine in at sakae sushi, so I give it a try again. Food was worse den before, not fresh, service was slow. I guess no more another chance for them. Good bye Sakae

Kappa maki

Slow service. Sliced butterfish sashimi came after 30 minutes looked like it was hacked off the fish with a blunt knife. Bits of cheap crabstick stuck on it was complimentary ....ban!

Besides bloking the Home button, they might want to turn off Multitasking Gestures.

Patrons here are mostly sakais who don't put the wasabi back to the conveyor belt .

Service quite bad tbh. I expect the food be better but it really sucks. The uni gunkan seriously not fresh and their cucumber taste so weird. I rather go to IOI's outlet . Thumbs down for this outlet .

NEVER COME HERE. Be warned. Shitty sushi I tell u! Not fresh at all ! Even sushi king is better. For this price, I expected better. Sushi Zanmai is cheaper! And too good to even been in this league.

Warning: Do not enter! Food sucks! Not fresh! Ewwww!!! Service bad and waiters are lazy. For this price, you can get better food at sushi king or zanmai. Will be we come back to this place.

Had finished ramen n maki but my drink is not served. Superb slow service with all foreign workers.

Service quite slow...and new design of table & chairs, and placement of ipad at the back is not very convenient for customers...

Worst Sakae outlet ever 1)Took 30mins to deliver 2 smoothies . 2)Salty food. 3)Played the same stupid one direction song over & over again. 4)Still charged us for the item we didn't receive.
