The burger choice is by far the best in the area. If you like spice go for the Volcano and ask for spice level 10, I asked for 8 and it wasn't quite hot enough :-)
Delicious Burgerd and best fries . But not easy to find. Place for take away rather than having a romantic dinner inside
If you like your burgers Rios is good but not great quality especially if you like them cooked to taste. The burger list is quirky but its length is it's downfall as it becomes impossible to decide
