I am an owner and our building managers are awesome at doing their jobs. If you had a problem with them them u were doing something against our hoa rules. I love our building

All of the owners are grumpy old men and think their stuff don't stink. They have ruined this complex . Families and groups can stay at beach cove which is more up their alley.

Watch out for the bitch in ph5. She will ruin all your fun.

Maintenance people very rude and don't return phone calls. Also watch out for the old decrepid hag in PH5. You are not allowed to have any fun here.

Maintenance people are rude and jerks. Very good at stereotyping people and yelling. Poor at customer relations. Will never stay here again. This place is for 60 years old and up.

I've you are renting, avoid at all costs. Management treats guess like crap and the elevator is currently breaking down. Waste of money and rude staff .

Stay away from this place. Staff is rude and unresponsive. Don't rent from any of the owners, there are better options. This place is a dump .
