this new Irving Farm location offers an expansive, all-day food menu, and lots of seating

mint tea and a ginger cookie ; no wifi . modern wood vibe. great place to unplug and catch up on real work.

No wifi ! otherwise a nice workspace although a bit overpriced

Of course this place is too pricy , generic and a mostly stale place but it's spacious and perfect for a catch-up chat or a first date.

They have a decent iced latte ! Avo toast is good but get it w out these icky caper things! Def overpriced.
