Steak 'n Shake

I Love this place, "steak n shake" in general. This one is much better than the one in st Joe. Servers are always quirky, but CHEAP , FILING, AND DELICIOUS. gauc burger and beaded chicken are favorites

Service and food was great. Stopped for lunch , always get the chili 5 way. Order taken right away and served under 10 minutes.

The service may not be great but I now live where there is not a Steak 'n Shake. Not being able to get Steak 'n Shake unless I'm traveling means I can overlook the service to get the food.

Try to find the secret door . It leads to the cellar where the portal to another dimension is located.

Nice staff but my milkshake had ice chunks in it..😑

Wasn't bad. We always cone and have a good experience.

As many others said horrid service. By the time we got our shakes they were completely liquid.

Ordered coleslaw and it was spoiled. Had white chunks in it. Manager said the coleslaw was fine. Proceeded to wait 15 minutes for after lunch shakes . Horrible standards at this place. LEAVE

Service can be slow at times

Awful service: took 45 minutes after ordering a shake for me to decide that I no longer wanted it as it still had not arrived. 5 servers at work, 8 tables of customers. This should never happen.

It's Steak & Shake . Should you expect quick service ?

Service was unexceptable. To slow. We were brought stuff another table asked for. Cold food. And complaint was not taken seriously

Waited over an hour to get food... Finally went to manager and told him we were leaving and not paying for our drinks!

Yup service sucks. 20 minutes in drive thru . I get cold fries and cold burger .
