clean , friendly staff , king oceanfront has 2 bathrooms and 2 televisions with a refrigerator and balcony !!! room service breakfast prices are very reasonable. free Internet, adult only pool :)

Free wi-fi is a big plus in my book ! Great location with beautiful ocean and bay views ! Service alil slow to correct issues (i.e. no wash cloths in room, key card not working) but it was great!

There are lots of great beach hotels in Miami, and this is arguably one of the best ones. Has a magnificent view of the ocean, and is located at South Beach and its many bars and restaurants .

There are 2 Grand Beach Hotels. One in Miami one in Surfside. I made a reservation at this one thinking it was the other. Both are very nice but for those of us from out of town , it can be confusing.

This place is beautiful! I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The customer service was fantastic since one of the front desk employees came in on his day off to bring me a magazine!

Love love love this place! Every single person is super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable . Hope to come back real soon. Food is expensive but I'm from NJ and used to it :)

Stay at Fountain Bleu instead. For the same rate you can get an AWESOME breakfast buffet for two, free valet , and wifi . Plus be closer to South Beach .

Amazing hotel . The king suite with ocean view is so lovely.

We booked a room for four adults. We got a room with a bed and a sofa bed and little space to store our things.

Valet can get backed up, but the attendants are nice and polite. Dont ask the concierge about take out , he may lead you in the wrong direction.

Nice place! Clean , beautifull, 2 bathrooms , wi-fi free, close to South Beach . Don't have laundry! Breakfast expensive , but is very good.

Cool place. Fantastic views . Nice beach . Only minutes from South Beach with a taxi . Breakfast for 15 Bones is more than ok.

Bring your own food. Everything is super expensive . Fantastic fun though. Adult only pool on floor 7 with a bar next door is the best place to be.

Just arrived, most decadent hotel room I stayed at. Spacious , facility's ok (two flats screen tv 's, eu channels. HBO,... ) no complaints so far... In case that changes, I'll post an update

Free wifi , & the adult only pool on 7th floor is beautiful. Stay away from the food & espresso bar...over priced and subpar.

Yup, car valet backs up. Called down 20 mins before and still waiting 20 mins more.

facilities very nice rooms are very nice as well but unfortunately I got dirty nasty pillow 😷

I love the private beach

Nice view to both ocean and channel from corner room but on the very evening of check-in we got dirty balcony door and they hadn't improved that two days later and after 3 times beeing asked...

Everything was perfect but I´m 99.9999% sure that someone of the valet parking stole us things from our car.Take care!

If you like crap service at checkin, valet and housekeeping, this is the hotel to you. Enjoy.

Valet and restaurant take AGEEEES! Service is very lacking in general. Other than that, good hotel .

Room view !

Elevators and restaurants are not enough to accommodate the people when the hotel is full. Rooms are so so.

Gorgeous view in the corner rooms . Unfortunately we had similar customer service issues... given a room with 1 bed when we paid for one with two queens. Guess us guys can cuddle? =)

Not a bad hotel . When people are talking in the corridors it's very loud in the rooms. Housekeeping is not the best and sometimes random.

Careful with your items at the car. I am almost 99% sure that my iPod was stolen at the valet. Manager was really rude with us when we report the robbery.

NOISY hotel with apathetic front desk staff . Maid and bar staff much nicer. Cheap in room amenities (shampoo/soap).

Beautiful boutique-hotel, horrible staff and room service . Payed for a room with 2 bedrooms, they gave me a "upgrade": 1 king bed and a sofa bed . Hated it...
